The American School

Founded in 1946, the Asociación Escuela Americana commonly known as "Escuela Americana" or "American School" is accredited by the Ministry of Education of El Salvador and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, USA.

 

  The British School

The Academia Británica Cuscatleca (ABC) is a selective, mixed bi-lingual and bi-cultural school from Pre-Kinder to Grade 12 situated in El Salvador. The school has some 1100 students in the Primary and Senior Schools. The student body is mainly Salvadorean with an increasing number of international students attending the school. Between one quarter and one third of the teaching staff are British with the remainder being largely Salvadorean. The school is accredited by the European Council of International Schools and is an International Baccalaureate World School. The language of instruction throughout the school is predominantly English with Spanish being used for a small number of classes.

  The International School

The International School of San Salvador was founded in 1979 by Chester and Nora Stemp, the present proprietors. The school offers a Kinder-12th grade program of studies modeled on the U.S. educational system and incorporates the requirements of the Salvadoran Ministry of Education. Located in an urban residential area, this small private school meets the needs of students of various nationalities, cultures, and linguistic backgrounds. The school is a member of the following organizations:

AASCA - Association of American Schools in Central America.
ISA   - International Schools Association; Geneva, Switzerland.
ISSE  - International School to School Experience; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
NASSP - National Association of Secondary School Principals.
NASC  - National Association of Student Councils.
ERB   - Educational Records Bureau.

The Panamerican School is a bilingual - bicultural educational institution.  Our campus is located in a pine forest. We are surrounded by fresh clean air and all the beauty that God has to offer.
